I thought it was about time I updated my review what a year it has been training with Clare as a regular client as well as participant in her shreds. From not being able to do a sit up or lunge to end my block tonight with a PB deadlift of 55kg. I have also recently done a 60kg hack squat , can leg press 100kg and hip thrust 80kg and this was a girl who hadn’t lifted a weight other than some kettlebell classes a few years ago.
As well as the strength gains I have dropped 2 jeans sizes, toned in and now starting to grow muscle including abs! I could go on about the both physical and mental health benefits being part of Zeo Fitness has had will end with I also got taken off my blood pressure tablets which I had been on for 10 years or so
Thanks Clare although I definitely have found some sessions challenging and not appreciated the extra reps but great to see the progress.

So with my back being sore after having my baby and wanting to get back to PT I asked Clare what would be the best thing to do, so she told me a sport massage to try and get it all sorted! So went in today for my massage and it has worked for me no sore back since having it done! I would highly recommend getting speaking to Clare if your having problem with any pain...She will sort you out..

clare makes you feel so much at ease aswell and you can just have a laugh which makes you more comfortable going in! Can't wait to get back to PT and come back for another one!

I have been having one to one training for some time now and the difference it has made to not only my body but mentally too has been excellent.

She plans the training for every visit and encourages you all the way and sets goals and helps you reach them and have a laugh along the way. I cannot thank Clare enough for making this possible.
